Strategy and Product Leadership — AI Strategist / Program Lead Client-facing lead

Acts as the primary advisor to executive teams. Aligns AI initiatives with organizational goals, identifies high-impact use cases, and leads multi-phase implementations.

Must have

  • Experience advising C-suite or VP-level stakeholders
  • Proven track record delivering AI initiatives tied to business outcomes
  • Strong systems thinking across operations, finance, risk, and strategy
Strategy and Product Leadership — AI Product Manager Own the lifecycle

Owns the lifecycle of AI solutions from concept through MVP and deployment. Translates business needs into executable product requirements.

Must have

  • Experience launching AI or data-driven products
  • Ability to balance technical feasibility with user and business needs
  • Clear ownership mindset from ideation to delivery
Implementation and Adoption — Change Agent / Adoption Specialist Make adoption stick

Focuses on the human side of AI. Leads training, guides workflow changes, and ensures adoption sticks inside organizations.

Must have

  • Experience driving organizational change or technology adoption
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Ability to translate AI into everyday workflows
Implementation and Adoption — Prompt Architect / Designer LLMs in production

Designs and optimizes instructions for large language models to ensure consistent, reliable outputs.

Must have

  • Deep hands-on experience with LLMs in production
  • Ability to test, refine, and systematize prompt behavior
  • Understanding of failure modes and reliability risks
Implementation and Adoption — AI Business Analyst ROI and process mapping

Analyzes business processes, identifies AI opportunities, and models ROI for executive decision-making.

Must have

  • Strong analytical and process-mapping skills
  • Experience building ROI and impact models
  • Ability to connect technical capability to financial outcomes
Governance and Risk Management — AI Ethics and Compliance Specialist Auditability and compliance

Ensures AI systems are transparent, auditable, and compliant with emerging regulations and industry standards.

Must have

  • Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and regulatory environments
  • Experience working in regulated industries preferred
  • Strong documentation and risk-assessment skills
Governance and Risk Management — Data Curator / Annotation Lead Data quality

Oversees the quality, structure, and integrity of datasets used in AI systems.

Must have

  • Experience managing real-world datasets at scale
  • Strong bias detection and data quality standards
  • Understanding of how data impacts model behavior
Growth and Operations — AI Sales Consultant Executive value translation

Translates technical systems into business value for non-technical executives.

Must have

  • Experience selling complex or technical solutions
  • Strong executive-level communication skills
  • Ability to position AI as infrastructure, not hype
Growth and Operations — Technical Writer SOPs and playbooks

Creates documentation, user guides, and SOPs so systems can be maintained long-term.

Must have

  • Experience documenting technical or operational systems
  • Clear, structured writing style
  • Ability to turn complex systems into usable playbooks
